la Academia does not believe in boring, lecture-style training sessions: we want you to enjoy your time with us to the full. Our students are a lively and varied group, so we don’t believe that ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to learning a language. All of our classes are carefully planned to meet your needs – what each client requires is different and we’ll work with you to devise a personalised learning plan.

We use innovative methods to ensure that you’re relaxed and engaged, allowing you to learn quickly and effectively.

We appreciate that learning a language can sometimes be difficult and confusing, but our dedicated team is always on-hand to support you every step of the way. We also have a range of activities that complement your language learning, to help you grow in confidence and really love learning a new language!

Business Language Classes

La Academia helps many Manchester and Northwest businesses to train their employees in Business Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian and Russian. We can also help overseas staff to improve their Business English with tailored EFL tuition. Our business language courses can be held on site in locations including Manchester, Stockport, Liverpool, Warrington and across Cheshire, or at our language school in South Manchester.

Some businesses also encourage employee development and provide classes in-house or encourage employees to attend a language course, even if it is not directly related to their job role.

La Academia can also run courses in many other languages, depending on demand, so if you can’t see the language that interests you listed here, give us a ring – we will probably be able to help!

Whatever language you want to learn, la Academia can help you! We offer you a range of languages and classes, from beginners to advanced, group classes to one-on-one, language learning as a hobby and for exams.

During a course at la Academia, we’ll continually monitor and assess the progress that you’re making. Courses are run on demand, so as you learn we will make classes available to take you on to higher levels.

Progression is key in any learning, and we will assess the progress you are making, either formally or informally, to ensure that you keep improving your language skills. You’ll be fully supported every step of the way. Detailed reports and updates on how you’re doing will show you the areas where you have progressed and our teachers will guide you on how you can further develop your skills.

Our dedicated teachers take your language needs and learning very seriously, however this does not mean that language classes at la Academia are dull – far from it! Central to our philosophy is that learning languages is fun. Many friendships have been formed over the years as our students have developed their language skills together, and the atmosphere is light-hearted but still focused.
