Bloomsbury International offers a variety of services to ensure that your stay in London is enjoyable, comfortable and safe.

Social Activities:

Our exciting year-round social programme offers our students the opportunity to make new friends and practise using English in different social circumstances.

The programme is designed to ensure that you experience life in the UK to the full by joining our social and cultural activities in and out of school, as well as weekend excursions outside of London.

We appreciate that London can be an expensive city for students so we provide many free or low-cost activities including museum visits, markets, London walks, Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace, sports days and visits to famous London landmarks.

Airport / Station Transfer:

To make sure your arrival in the UK is as trouble-free as possible, we recommend that you book our Airport/Station Transfer service.

We will arrange for a certified taxi driver to meet you at the airport or station and take you and your luggage directly to your accommodation. We can also arrange a transfer back to the airport/station when you leave the UK.

Student Insurance:

Bloomsbury International strongly recommends that you purchase international student insurance before you travel to the UK.

We very much hope that your trip will go according to plan but in the unfortunate event that you have to either cancel or shorten your English course due to an unforeseen incident, having insurance will provide you with peace of mind. Your insurance should also cover your belongings against theft or damage, as well as any emergency medical expenses you may have in the UK.
