About the Business
BCV Languages York is a language teaching company started in 2005. It provides private tuition for French & Spanish, mainly in the York area and North Yorkshire. The company also diversified providing translation services since 2009.
Learn to develop your confidence and fluency in your target language in a fast and friendly way to fully enjoy the culture of the people and places you visit.
Frédéric Dessard, founder and Managing Director of BCV Languages, graduated a Masters Degree in Business Languages, worked in England and finally married his wife in York where they all lived until recently. They have 4 children whom they home educate, and love to travel.
Business Services
Group Tuition
Group Language Courses are generally available for businesses, organisations and private groups (family, friends etc…). A group consists of 2 to 10 people maximum. The participants will have to decide the most appropriate course depending on their needs and then contact us to arrange times and location.
We offer:
- Crash Courses (see Relocation/Holiday Package).
- Refresher Sessions (a mix of grammar, translation & conversation; content to be discussed).
- Business Language Courses: for students of any level who need to improve their language skills for effective business communication (e.g. giving a presentation, using the telephone, writing reports etc.).
